Hyundai is one of the leading automakers in the electric vehicle market, with a range of models that offer zero-emission driving, futuristic design, and advanced technology. In this article, we will take a look at all the 2024 Hyundai electric vehicles that are expected to hit the market soon, and what they have to offer.

The New 2024 Kona Electric

The Kona Electric is a subcompact crossover that combines style and capability in one compelling package. It was first launched in 2018, and it has received a substantial makeover for 2024, with a larger and more refined interior, a sleeker and more futuristic exterior, and improved performance and efficiency.

The 2024 Kona Electric is expected to have a range of nearly 260 miles on a single charge, which is more than some electric vehicles that cost twice as much. It will also be able to charge from 10 to 80 percent in about 20 minutes with a 350-kW charger, making it convenient for long trips. The Kona Electric will also feature a spacious cabin with a digital cockpit, a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, wireless smartphone charging, and a host of safety and driver-assist features.

The 2024 Kona Electric will be available in late 2023 with limited availability. It will have a starting price of $33,550, making it one of the most affordable electric vehicles on the market.

The 2024 Ioniq 7

The Ioniq 7 is a three-row all-electric SUV that will be the third vehicle in the expanding Ioniq family of electric vehicles. It was previewed by the Seven concept that debuted at the 2021 Los Angeles Auto Show, and it promises to deliver a spacious and luxurious interior, a bold and futuristic exterior, and a powerful and efficient electric powertrain.

The Ioniq 7 will be based on Hyundai’s Electric-Global Modular Platform (E-GMP), which can accommodate multiple sizes with different battery systems. This is the same platform used in the Ioniq 5 subcompact crossover, the Kia EV6 compact crossover, and the Genesis GV60 luxury crossover, all of which are much smaller. The Ioniq 7 will also share its platform with the upcoming Kia EV9 midsize SUV and the Genesis GV90 full-size SUV.

The Ioniq 7 is expected to have a range of over 300 miles on a single charge and be able to charge from 10 to 80 percent in about 20 minutes with a 350-kW charger. It will also feature pixelated taillights, daytime running lights that give it a distinctive look, and a large panoramic roof that provides natural light and ventilation.

The Ioniq 7 is expected to go on sale in early 2024. It will have an estimated price of $50,000, making it competitive with other electric SUVs in its segment.

The 2024 Santa Fe Electric

The Santa Fe is a midsize SUV that has been one of Hyundai’s best-selling models for years. It was redesigned for 2021, and it will receive an all-electric version for 2024, making it the first electric SUV in its class. The Santa Fe Electric will offer a spacious and comfortable interior, a rugged and elegant exterior, and a smooth and powerful electric drive.
The Santa Fe Electric will be based on Hyundai’s third-generation platform, which is optimized for electrification. This platform will allow the Santa Fe Electric to have a lower center of gravity, improved handling, and increased safety. The Santa Fe Electric will also have an advanced battery system that will provide a long range and fast charging capabilities.

The Santa Fe Electric will feature H-shaped daytime running lights that give it a unique identity, as well as a different front design than the regular Santa Fe due to safety regulations in Europe.
