2024 Hyundai Palisade: What’s New?

The 2024 Hyundai Palisade is mostly a carryover model. The 2023 model was a popular refresh, so while there is no 2024 Hyundai Palisade redesign, there are several upgrades and updates from the previous year.

For starters, there’s a new Calligraphy Night Edition, which was not available in the previous model year of the Palisade. Features previously only available on the Palisade SEL trim and higher have now become standard on all 2024 Palisade trims, including dual-zone automatic temperature control up front and second-row automatic temperature control.

Ambient interior lighting, once reserved for the Calligraphy edition, is now also offered on the Limited trim.

2024 Hyundai Palisade Interior & Features

The new Hyundai Palisade is a three-row, upscale SUV that’s the perfect adventure companion for families. With its spacious seating for up to eight occupants, the 2024 Palisade impresses with its cabin capabilities. And we haven’t even touched on its expansive cargo hold that easily adjusts to accommodate a wide range of gear for your family’s weekday and weekend schedules.

While eight-passenger seating with a second-row bench seat comes standard, most 2024 Palisade editions feature second-row captain’s chairs, providing greater middle-row comfort and a total seating capacity of seven passengers.

New SUV shoppers can choose from several seating surfaces, including leather and premium Nappa leather seat trim. From heated and ventilated front seats to heated seats in all three rows, the new Palisade SUV is available with upscale amenities that prioritize cabin comfort.

Some of the standard comfort and convenience features you’ll find inside every 2024 Palisade interior include:

  • Proximity Key entry with push-button start
  • 60/40 split fold-flat seats with recline and adjustable head restraints
  • Sliding second-row seats with electric cargo-area releases
  • Map pockets
  • Third-row 60/40 split-fold seats with ingress and egress handles
  • One-touch second-row seat slide for third-row access
  • Solar front glass
  • Privacy rear glass
  • Acoustic-laminated windshield
  • Cargo area underfloor storage compartment
  • Dual automatic temperature control
  • Second- and third-row HVAC vents
  • Tilt-and-telescopic steering wheel

Advanced Palisade Tech & Safety Systems

Hyundai SmartSense is a suite of advanced driver assistance and safety systems designed to elevate your on-road confidence. This safety package is standard on every 2024 Palisade SUV for sale and includes the following forward-thinking technologies:

  • Blind-Spot Collision Warning
  • Rear Cross-Traffic Collision-Avoidance Assist
  • Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist
  • Car, Pedestrian, and Cyclist Detection
  • Junction Turning
  • Lane Following Assist
  • Lane Keeping Assist
  • Driver Attention Warning
  • Safe Exit Assist
  • Parking Distance Warning – Reverse
  • Highway Driving Assist
  • High Beam Assist
  • Smart Cruise Control with Stop & Go

That’s quite a list of standard safety features, with even more driver-assist technologies available on higher trim levels. With such a comprehensive suite of safety systems, the 2024 Hyundai Palisade surely compares favorably to other SUVs that aren’t as generous with their standard features.
